One Team
Working hand in hand.
Working hand in hand.
We want our employees to stay healthy and feel good. This is our top priority. We will therefore be focusing on a comprehensive, globally applicable health concept. We already support our employees now in adopting a health-conscious approach to their professional and private lives – for example through our annual health days.
We are making it easier for our employees to switch to more environmentally friendly modes of transportation. To achieve this, we will be expanding our mobility and travel policies, providing job bikes at locations outside Germany as well, and offering rebates for local public transport, train travel and car-sharing. Of course, all our employees can also use the e-charging stations we provide free of charge.
We not only respect the human rights of our own employees. We also assume responsibility for employees at our partner companies. We require our partners to comply with our Code of Conduct, for instance. Targeted training programs and courses raise everyone's awareness of human rights.
No employee of ours must be restricted in their freedom of movement.
Employees never have to pay anything to get a job.
Employees must never be forced to work.
Open, tolerant cooperation is important to us. After all, we all prefer to work in an environment that is characterized by diversity, integration, appreciation and fairness. Our company-wide Code of Conduct ensures that everyone behaves properly. We raise awareness among our employees in regular diversity training sessions. We also continuously review our structures and processes with this in mind.
